Friendly people but hidden fees and no upfront prices. I will never buy from oxendale. Also witnessed o'Reilly auto dropping off parts...? I would think a dealership would only use factory replacement parts. Buyer beware! I'm very disappointed!

I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with our dealership. While I am not sure if you were referencing sales or service, the comment about O'Reilley leads us to suspect it was Service. We do work on all makes and models for Used Vehicles and in difficult circumstances, we offer our customers alternatives to Parts Pricing from a number of resources. Our Service Manager would be more than happy to go over those concerns with you.
After almost 4 hours waiting for my van to get repaired I decided to take a walk around the parking lot and there it was. No one told me it was finished !! No one seemed to know how long it was sitting there. Then the next day they called me and said they undercharged me $50 and wanted their money. The professional thing to do would have been to forgo the $50 or at least split it with me for making me wait, after all it was only 14% of the total. But no, they wanted their money and wanted all of it! Very disappointing.
First of all let me preface this by saying in the last 5 years my immediate family has purchased 12 brand new vehicles with this dealership! Many times driving from our home in Mesa to do so. Kent is an incredibly disrespectful individual. He lacks empathy and is quick to lose his sense of professionalism when in a difficult situation. Kent released my vehicle to me after a repair and after only 10 minutes of driving I found my jeep over heating. When I come back to Kent to complain, he is quick to blame me for never having mentioned any issues with the vehicle over heating. I am terribly disappointed in how this man treated me as a customer. The waiting room at Oxendale could use a major upgrade. From the stale coffee to the decade old magazines. There were no brochures or pamphlets on any of the cars that they sell. The wait for a scheduled oil change was over an hour. But the price was right.
I bought a yukon xl from Oxendale back in the middle of April.i let them know I had numerous doctors visits for my disabled vet husband and 2 of my 5 kids who are disabled with cerebral palsy. So I needed something reliable. I didn't make it even 30 minutes off the lot before the check engine light came on flashing, traction control turning on and a noise. I was bullied! ! Sales guy big jerk. My wife said she loved a car, and sales guy had blood in the water. Bill of rights number one not in existence! Feeling robbed without a gun. Troy was great but his T O was horrible. Worse car buying experience ever.
