Oxendale treated me like family. Travis was Great, he got me the most for my trade and sold me my car at a very reasonable price. I would definitely shop here again.
I have now purchased two vehicles from Oxendale in Cottonwood. I had a great experience with both occasions.. I did not have the best credit, and they definitely worked with me.. it was such a great experience, that I wanted to be a part of the team. Now I work at Oxendale in the Internet Department. :-)
My daughter, a young lady was buying her first vehicle and was pressured because of course "somebody else was coming to look at it and wanted to buy it if she didn't make a decision asap".. I am deeply disappointed by the questionable tactics and games that I encountered during my recent interactions with Oxendale Ford, Buick, and GMC in Cottonwood, Arizona. The level of professionalism and integrity displayed by your dealership was far below what I expected from a reputable establishment. The customer service desk in the service department seems so unorganized. Took 3 days and multiple calls and messages to finally get a call returned.During drop off and pickup of vehicle still seemed like nobody knew what was going on.
Oxendale wasted our time, never called back after I called numerous times, they had us sit in the dealership for two hrs while the salesperson sat Curtis looking at his phone doing nothing! I finally had to ask if we could go eat. Came back & nothing had been done!! Had an appt with Gabe, drove up from Prescott and he wasn't there!! Took my Jeep there with a lack of power issue at full throttle and it wouldn’t shift. I recommend they give it to the best tech. They had it for a few weeks and told me they reprogrammed the throttle and that the 37” tall tires was causing the issue and I would have to change gears or tires to fix it. I paid the 120$ and the Jeep immediately had the same issue and the code came back. I got a scan tool and 30 minutes later figured out it was the intake air temp sensor. A 25$ part! Very disappointed that most employees I saw were not wearing masks. Several wore masks that did not cover their noses. Most of these people were in close contact with customers (including myself).
Took my car in for a safety recall on my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk for a faulty PTU and software update. I found out after the update that they were not covering the cost of the defective part that’s already caused moving accidents. It’ll cost me $2,800 to replace a recalled part. Still can’t get my head wrapped around that.
