The service department is top notch in my experience. I thought I needed a new starter my last visit. Turns out it was just a loose wire. They could have told me it was the starter and I never would have known.
Currently on my third lease with Newark ToyotaWorld and couldn't be happier!! Bought a used 2015 Prius Persona from Ken Steen. Nice guy, customer-focused, made us feel welcome and was very respectful. He was knowledgeable about the cars we looked at and helped us choose the best one for us. We had a minor issue with the car, but Ken was flexible and helped us get it sorted out. Overall a very positive experience, and one that I'd recommend to friends and family.
