You just drive right up to the Service Bay garage door and you're on your way! Quick and easy. Nice Waiting Area. Very friendly staff. I was in and out in less than an hour.
Took my Camry in for air conditioning service. Jason told me exactly what they would do and the cost. There were no hidden surprises. I always wait in their waiting room and when they give me an estimate of the time it will take for the service, it is always within the time estimated.
I took my husband's Toyota Prius for its 20.000 mile oil change and service and I asked the service manager if I could get the points on my Rewards car for body work done in March and he got the points for me by emailing the Body Shop!! The car was serviced, washed, and the point by point checklist was reviewed with me. I was in and out within an hour and the whole experience was excellent! (and I got a warm donut to boot)!!
