National RV of Detroit does not stand behind their products. They say they would pay for a part that was broke when I bought the unit. Now they will not talk to me about it. The manager Norm was very rude. I guess the only way to resolve this problem is in court.
Customer service was horrible, and Gabriella or however you spell it, Was rude. Waited for hours,from 9am to 4pm. Employee walked past, never to greet or ask, do you need something? can I get you anything to drink? wanted to sell me a unit I didn't want, by telling me they won't charge me a $600 dollar prep fee, and a $450 hitch fee, other customers was getting their trailers washed and cleaned in the inside and they just tried to hook the trailer and send me on my way. with a dented and dirty trailer. Wish I could post pics here of the mess of a trailer that we bought from here 2 yrs ago. The bathroom floor was rotted out because the toilet seal was twisted, that cost $250 to replace. Now the roof has had to be completely replaced. The wood was all rotted out, that is costing $3000 to replace. And of course the extended warranty we purchased because it was a used unit doesn't cover either of these things.
