National RV in Belleville Michigan is a horrible dealership. I don’t recommend purchasing from them and don’t expect them to honor the terms of the extended warranty. Note: their warranty is a contract with you and them. If you don’t get resolution with National RV you cannot take your unit to another dealership for repair. Worst service ever !!!! Left fiver there on Oct 9 th, still not repaired today January 22nd. Today we took it even though not repaired. Made arrangements with Lippert to have repaired in one day. Norm the manager could care less. Nothing but excuses. Do not buy from them !!!!!!!!!
My husband and I purchased an RV from National RV Detroit. I would never ever recommend anyone purchase from them!! Their service has serious problems. I made an appointment last October for April 10, 2015. We took it in for warranty work. After many calls to see if they had started working on it and four weeks of nothing being done we decided to take it elsewhere.
