Upfront and NO hassle! What car buying should be!! After dealing with other (horrible) Kia dealers closer to home, I emailed Motion requesting info on a Telluride...that was in stock! ALL my questions were answered quickly by Steve. I visited the dealership the next day for a test drive and purchase. In & out in under 3 hrs...could've been less, but I couldn't decide on trim LOL. Also shout out to Bob and Mike who answered questions for me, and Orlando for going over the paperwork in detail!

Customer focused My husband and I just bought our first Kia and the team at Motion Kia made it easy. We had a poor experience at another dealer and ended up speaking with Howie at Motion Kia. He found the vehicle we wanted, the Telluride SX, and didn't try to bump up the price like some other Kia dealerships we spoke with were doing. So happy. I didn't buy a Kia but I did get one of their used cars on the lot and I could not give them a better rating on customer service.. Anything I needed or asked for was happily dealt with. Ashley and her staff were just the most helpful sales people and I was in and out in less then an hour - to buy a car... I would recommend this dealership for new or used purchases to anyone.

A great experience I was really impressed with this dealership. As soon as we got there, Steve Mattison, our Sales Consultant, offered to help. Steve was great - he answered all of our questions and was very helpful throughout the entire process. We were impressed with all of the folks that worked with us at Motion Kia.
