I was looking to lease a 2021 Forte LXS and saw one online at this dealership. I called to make sure it was there and said I would be down in the afternoon. . However, when I arrived, this car was sold that morning. I was very disappointed as this was the car I was looking for with color and price. This was my third time buying cars at Motion Kia. All experiences were good, or I wouldn't have come back. Never had a bad experience with either product or personnel.
I had been looking for a used Kia Sorento for about a month. I went to Paterson and Little Ferry to see about 5 cars. None were what was advertised and I got very little "help". Then I called on one advertised at Motion Kia. Unfortunately that vehicle was not mechanically sound and they were not going to sell it. My experience at Motion Kia was amazing! Maria Vega-DeLaPaz and Mike Schopperth went above and beyond for me. I really needed to get out of my lease and they got me into a nice car with low miles for a good price, even though my credit isn’t so great. I loved how helpful and nice everyone was! As I read other reviews about Motion Kia I see many of the reviews mention that it was worth the extra drive to get there. This was our experience as well.
