Took my 2014=7 Sportage in for a recall. The service department was great! They didnt try to sell me a ton of extras and were super nice and polite! My recall was performed very quickly and professionally.
VERY responsive. Searched for the car I was looking for, not just say “ oh we don’t have that”. Howie wasn’t sure if he could find the Carnival I was looking for… but he & Mike worked their magic and found it! I was purchasing the car from Arizona, so most of the process was over the phone. When I arrived, the paperwork was ready & it took about 1/2 hour. One of the easiest, most genuine and communicative car purchases I have ever made. EVERYONE there is awesome and extremely customer focused.
My car was taken right on time. The wait are was clean and neat. I only waited for about 45 minutes. Great Service. Highly recommend
Motion KIA in Budd Lake New Jersey is very reliable and customer centric. When we had to have our Sportsge in for service they were quick to find us a loaner while the workwas being done. Since we only have one car this was very important to us.
