The service department was very nice and accommodating. The work was completed quickly and my car was brought up to me at the door. It was a pleasant experience.
They have good service and good people working there, but they have wildly over-priced services to maintain a 'tires for life' program (like most dealerships).
Brett, Bob, and the Motion Kia team are amazing! Always a pleasure to work with, very transparent and NEVER pushy. Very much not your “typical” car salesmen. This was our 4th family car from Motion Kia and we are always pleased with the quality of the vehicles and confident that Brett and Bob have gotten us a great deal!
My daughter was buying her first car. Brett was very understanding and patient. He had excellent follow up. The dealership did not have the color my daughter wanted, but they were able to locate it in another state and were able to get it to us quickly. Brett make sure my daughter understood all of the critical functions of the car and felt comfortable driving it off the lot. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend both Brett and the dealership.

My experience at Motion Kia was wonderful from start to finish. The first person we met was Bob Nunn who could not be more accomodating. Although the dealership was not open yet, he helped us with the cars we were interested in. Our salesperson Steve Mattison was equally amazing. Steve was courteous, professional, and responsive to all of our questions. We had been to many dealerships looking for a car and Motion Kia was the best! We will be back!! Thank you Motion Kia for a great car and transaction.
