Paul is awesome! I am so happy he is back!!! I actually only trust a few of the people that work in the service section and absolutely zero in your sales dept. I even saw my previous salesman (Joseph) who walked the other way but that figures since he ghosted me as soon as he got the money and just as the problems started. Honestly, Paul is the only reason I ever return to this dealership. I’d never recommend y’all for sales but always for service with Paul!

My service appt took almost 3 hours. After 2 hours, I was informed that they were having issues with the recall and that I would have to come back. I asked about the service and they had no clue about that. Even though my appt was for the service.

No one greeted me. I walked in with two people just sitting there. My appointment was at 1, and I got there at12:40 for an oil change and quick recall fix. Was told 1 1/2 hours, but finally left at 3. Asked if they could show me how to remove the tow hitch cover, but the tech could not.

Told me my car was okay to drive, left and it broke down on me on the highway. Called bc it clearly needed to be towed and the dealership takes zero responsibility, offered zero help and hung up on me.

Pros: turn around time was good. facilities were clean and i appreciated the wifi. Cons: price is high and then you charge 3% additional for use of credit card. the 3% is a big headwind for me.
