Jeff was very professional and didn't run us through a bunch of BS. We looked at the truck options he worked to get us a bit off the sticker price, and it was a fairly painless experience. Everyone else in the office on the administrative in was also super nice and made the process go quickly & explained the paperwork thoroughly. Overall they made the process of a major expense and commitment like buying a car as pleasant as it can possibly be.
The guys at Melton were great to do business with. Laid back atmosphere with no pressure. My daughter and I played a game of pool while the paperwork was being done. We are excited about our Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. I'd definitely recommend Melton to anyone in the market for a new car or truck.
