Brought my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 in for regularly scheduled oil change, tire rotation. Was initially told I needed several services that I knew I had already had serviced. Asked Jesse if he had run my records on the computer. He said no. I asked him to do so. He did and took the "needs service items" off the list.
