Their Service Department is great. They are very thorough with their diagnostics. A video is sent for your review then you have the opportunity to speak to your service representative who will answer any questions you may have.

Naomi is fantastic! I came into the dealership last Sunday after leaving another dealership frustrated, and after a couple of weeks of searching. Naomi was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and calm. I also had my infant with me and she was totally patient with the baby too. I found the perfect car with her help, and wish I would’ve stopped at Mazda of New Ro first. I’d recommend her to anyone.

Charles was a great salesman on demonstrating the car's abilities and addressing all concerns and issues. Bought the car on the spot with a smile. However, the dealership/service center needs to check over the car more carefully as there were odb2 codes found on the car which needed to be addressed prior to presentation/test drive. One was low oil and the other was rear left sensor problem which Charles addressed immediately prior to my signoff..Had I not checked the codes with a scanner, it would have been potentially dange... read more
