The staff are always pleasant, courteous and absolutely patient and respectful. In addition, their pleasant manners reassure me that my repairs and any problems that crop up with my visit will be resolved smoothly.

Awesome job by Mazda of New Rochelle! I worked with Dimitru and he helped me with everything related to the car. Great pre, during and after sales service! Ross in sales was super friendly and really went out of his way to help me get the best possible price for the car I truly. Had one little hiccup with finance, hopefully next time they make sure everything’s greenlit before sending the check to the bank. Overall, a good experience
