Katlyn was so kind and helpful. We really enjoyed working with her. While my car was able to be repaired, it was frustrating that Volkswagen no longer makes the part that was needed for my model year.

Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. Any issues I had during the service were explain to me in detail so I could make an informed decision. Dan was excellent and treated my car like it was his own which I was very appreciative of. In the future if my car needs service, or I'm looking to buy another, I will gladly go to lakeland over napleton.
