Thanks Trey Chapman Went to Lakeland Volkswagen not knowing what to expect. I've had horrible experiences with other dealers in the past! I walked in and was greeted by Trey. He was super nice from the start, walked me through the process and I actually ended up purchasing a new Jetta that day. Love my car and love my favorite new dealer. Thanks Trey and Lakeland VW.

Great service for 19 years. I have been going to every incarnation of VW dealer in Lakeland since 1997. My initial experience with Robert G. Waters was outstanding, and Lakeland VW is the best since. The service department personnel has been consistent through several owners over the years. Brian, Jonathan, Gary, and head tech, Dan, have been great to me over the years. Great dealership Had a very pleasant experience buying a used 2013 Jetta at Lakeland VW. I was in and out in about 2 hours on a very busy Saturday. My salesman Thomas was very honest and friendly throughout the entire process and everyone there was very nice. This place has a really great atmosphere, and while we were waiting for the paperwork we enjoyed fresh grilled burgers and hotdogs cooked by the owner of the dealership! I will recommend this place to all my friends.

I guess 3 out of 4 people is not bad Long time shopping and decided to buy a 13 certified Passat problem was there were 2 the same color...Jonathan in the service department helped me figure out which one was better suited for me. He then took me to met Jared which was helpful listened to the deal I wanted and off to met Thomas...So far all 3 interactions are above and beyond expectations. I keep coming back. I can be a difficult customer because I have very high expectations. I have had 7 sales transactions with this dealership and numerous service opportunities here. I will continue to buy here so long as the expedience remains the same. They earn my business each time and do not take my business for granted.

Thanks Trey Chapman and LakelandVW I went to Lakeland Volkswagen to look at some cars. I was not really looking to purchase that day. When I showed up Trey was there to greet me at the door. He was very nice and knowledgeable. After talking to him for a while and driving a few cars I finally decided that this was the type of place I wanted to buy from. Show I decided to just pull the trigger and go with a new Jetta. Thanks Trey and LakelandVW.

Great experience! I purchased a 2016 4-door Golf SE. This is my first Volkswagen vehicle. I worked with sales consultant, Hiram Mendez. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable and excited about the product. Everyone that we met, including the GM and financial team were professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
