Very professinal, courteous and attentive to the details. I appreciate that they often go ahead and do some minor repairs that are not even covered by the warranty. I wanted to comment on joshua Jameson and his professionalism. I had an issue with my vehicle and I'm not a "car guy," but I felt very well educated on the steps they were gonna take to get my car fixed. He seemed to be very genuine in helping me and I appreciate that way more than being "dealt" with at other service locations.
Came in for a simple oil change, but treated like I was spending real money. Joshua Jamison understands customer service and I would recommend to anyone. Thanks again!

Amazing dealership! I have dealt with this Volkswagen dealership and others in the Tampa area. Nothing compares to the service my wife and I received here. I bought a 2009 VW Jetta SEL for my first car from Hiram and I could not be happier!
