I have been coming to Lakeland VW since 2002. Bought many vehicles here. Never had a problem. Michelle is always very attentive and listens to you. Larry is very upfront on your needs or wants. No pressure from anyone to buy a car.

This is the 2nd Jetta I have purchased from Lkld VW. Hiram is a knowledgeable, great salesman. He helped me with my first Jetta in 2010 and I called upon him to help me with this 2024 Jetta. Yes, I had the first one for 14 years. He explained all options available to me and answered all my questions. And there were a lot! Every person is friendly and willing to help. I’ve used the service department for over 20 years. They are on top of everything needed to keep the car running and in order.

I stopped in to just look at a Tao and worked with Hiram Mounier and left with one. The no pressure and expert knowledge about the vehicle service I could not leave without my car. I was able to trade in my old car and leave with a new one. I would recommend all to visit this dealership and work with Hiram.
