The service team is so welcoming. Katlyn is knowledgeable and always explains the services clearly. Years ago when I bought the car, Michelle was very friendly and honest about the pricing, and she worked with me in making my big purchase. As long as VW still makes a cheap and reliable people's car, I'll be coming back! (hint: bells and whistles are for Porsches and Audis, not Golfs and Jettas)

This dealership has excellent and highly responsible workers, however; every time I go there, they are extremely busy. Also the VW part delivery system should be as fast as Amazon.

Good experience with scheduling and completing work. Disappointed with them not being able to confirm or use my VW Authorized Prepaid Service plan which is supposed to be able to be used at any VW dealer.
They are very clean. I got new tires and they said my shocks were leaking. I let the mechanic at the shop look at it and he came to get me and showed me that they were not leaking.
