Great Experience Very informative, patient, easy to talk with, tried really hard to give me the best deals. Had me test drive before hand to make sure nothing was wrong with the car and it was all to my liking - there were a few small minor thing but they said they would fix them no problem and even filled my tank up with a full tank

Laid back and comfortable My experience with Trey was excellent. Even though I had found the car I expected to purchase, he took time to walk me through other options available in inventory. I felt no pressure from beginning to end, and did not have to be turned over to the "closer" to complete the deal. Very friendly people throughout the process. Nice to deal with.
Summary Every time i come in there is Friendly people, and good customer service, my only complaint is that occasionally the tech will forget to reset the "service now" pop up, but other than that everyone does a great job.
Fabulous Experience!! Trey is fabulous to work with. Very responsive, courteous and even follows up after the sale! I was looking for a specific car online. He had it, got me the best price in Florida and made the whole process so easy. Loved the retro music albums playing in their office. Very fitting for my Beetle purchase. Larry in Finance was very efficient and helpful. Great experience overall!
Nice Experience The car was taken care of. All fluids checked, car washed, and was treated very well. Very professional staff who made me feel welcomed. Service was prompt and efficient. Didn’t have to wait long.
Great experience, would definitely recommend! Went on a whim to see and test drive an Atlas, have never owned a VW before! Fell in love with it and ended coming back the next day to purchase! No pressure to buy same day, was able to go home and sleep on it which made me feel confident going back that this was the vehicle for us.
Service check Went in for scheduled maintenance and discovered a broken part essential to A/C function. It was an inexpensive solution to what could have been an extremely expensive repair.
