The folks at Lakeland VW were easy to work with. They were supportive and patient through looking at a variety of used and new vehicles. We wanted to be sure our purchase was the right one. This location got me in quickly, diagnosed my problem and kept me informed of the issue along the way. While the repair was more costly than I would have liked, it was not the fault of the shop, and they worked with me to find a solution I could afford, and fixed my car quickly and had me on my way the same day. Super friendly and helpful. Excellent experience.

Phenomenal experience!!!! From the first few seconds with my salesman Josh to closing the deal in finance with Larry I felt extremely comfortable. Every question was answered with such confidence making what could have been a stressful time (buying a car) an enjoyable one! If you don't want to deal with pushy, bogus car jargon than I highly recommend stopping in for some good vibes.
