This is my second purchase there and I drove from Tampa just because they respect the customer and treat them well. Michelle is excellent. She is very respectful, does not create a stressful environment to push the car purchase and knows the product well. There were a minor issue that I brought to their attention after purchasing, they addressed it free of charge the next day. This is A+ service. When time comes, I will buy my next VW from them again.

I had an issue with the Cruise Control Sensors, detailing the infrequent nature of the issue on drop off. They stated they wanted to try cleaning before replacing, which is fine, but instead did not clean them, nor even look into the issue, because "it only happened once" during their test drives. Which was explained to them that that was how it's been working.
