On time. Didn’t try to do a bunch of ad ons I didn’t need. Very friendly and helpful. And they gave me a courtesy wash! Always bring my car to them.

My journey started online. I had purchased a Jetta prior to this purchase and just loved it. I was definitely due for an upgrade and saw the Jetta Rline available. I contacted Lakeland VW and my sales representative Anthony Walker quickly got the ball rolling. Him and Larry the Business Manager were professional and accommodating and I had my new Jetta the next day. They treated me like a friend and were definitely just awesome!
