I was helping my girlfriend buy her daughter a 2022 Tiguan SE, we did everything but pick up the car and do paperwork via the phone. Lawrence (Trey) was awesome from start to finish, communicated with us, worked with us and was always there if we texted a question. I normally dread dealing with dealerships, car salesmen and their finance department. I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. My salesperson, Michelle, greeted me with a big smile and a hearty hand shake. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable.
