The appointment was honored at the correct time. I waited on my service 30k maintenance. The waiting area was clean and presentable. There is a free coffee bar and TV for those so inclined. The service was timely completed. The service manager explained in detail what was done a on my vehicle. My Tiguan was washed and waited for me out front for an easy exit. It couldn't get any better. Highly recommend Lakeland Volkswagen Service Department.
