The tech was fine, all the work done was excellent. This visit I scheduled my service online which was super convenient. And drop off and pick up was perfectly smooth. The services recommended were pricey for what was needed but that’s expected of a dealership service department. Where I have an issue with this trip was that I was scheduled for a “Preapproved Service 1 inspection and oil change” on my electric car. Electric cars don’t need oil changes. I love the ease of service and the constant updates about my vehicle. Shuttle to mall if I have a long wait is definitely a plus and better than other places I’ve been to under other vehicle brands.
