I was having trouble with the battery in my car. I had no appointment scheduled and had never been to this dealership at all and they were able to get me in with no problem! The cost out of pocket was of course expensive but it was worth it.

We had a great experience purchasing a new car at Lakeland Volkswagen. Everyone was terrific.
Kaitlyn was great. I had to talk to Gino and his customer service needs some help. Instead of focusing his attention on the customer, me, he was distracted but one of his employees and didn’t even have the respect to ask me to hold or anything.
All I wanted was an oil change and cabin filter change plus wiper blades but before they did this they wanted to other items totaling $700 and you can't tell me otherwise because my wife used to work for VW that the mechanics get a commission for more work. Just do what people ask to be done
