Ashley was very helpful and pleasant. The mechanic, however, originally said I need new back brakes. When I pointed out having them replaced 10,000 miles prior, they reevaluated the brakes and said they did not require replacement. Seems questionable practice to me.
Melissa is always very helpful, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. I have also worked with the other advisors there and have always had a great experience. The seating in the waiting room is very comfortable and the coffee and water is a plus! Thank you!
