The personnel is always friendly and prompt. They are informative, and answers most of our questions
I've bought four new VWs through the years from Lakeland VW. Each car lasted a very long time after paying each one off. This is due to having Lakeland VW do all the service on the vehicles.

Matt is such a knowledgeable, professional, kind, customer focused, and did a superb job with letting me know the recommended services that needed to be done to keep my car running strong.
