We’ve bought several cars here and have always had good experiences with the service department. Our frustration has been trying to plan our next car and not being able to get information on vehicles. This is leading us to other options

I came to Lakeland VW looking for a Jetta I had seen on the website, after watching a very favorable car review on YouTube. When Nick Maxvill met me in the showroom, I mentioned the car I wanted to see, he got the key, and we went to look it over. While quite knowledgeable in answering my questions, Nick was letting me sell myself on the car instead of pushing for a sale, and I appreciate that. I was impressed how efficient the service center is at Lakeland Volkswagen. They kept me informed about what was going on with me car. They took me to work and picked me up after the work was done. Definitely will stay with them for future maintenance needs.
Work done on my car was completed in a timely manner and washed before being returned to me.
Cleared airbag alarm came right back on after driving away from dealer I think there was a recall but no advised either case....
