The price was good on the car. I called the dealership from four hours away and was able to basically buy the car over the phone. I do feel that I was at a disadvantage in terms of negotiating power in doing that and because I had purchased the car, they took advantage of my trade-in. The fees were a little high nothing was negotiable and I walked away with much higher out the door cost than I would’ve expected. the service rep was very insightful in explaining the diagnosed items which allowed me to make a more informed decision. Regarding people I worked with I am not seeing their name or picture to choose so, i just choose the below per no pic with name i don't recognized to move along. the young lady who assisted me at checking and explanation of the diagnosis name escape me.
