Service check Went in for scheduled maintenance and discovered a broken part essential to A/C function. It was an inexpensive solution to what could have been an extremely expensive repair.
As expected The service was done on time as expected. The shuttle driver was courteous and available to take me to work after drop off. Shuttle was also available for pick up if needed.
Amazing Perople & Service This was my first time having work done to my car at the Lakland VW dealership. From the beginning, my service advisor Lindsey took excellent care of me. She made sure all of my questions were answered. The parts department was helpful in locating parts for me and the service done on my car went off without a hitch. Would highly recommend!

Best car purchasing experience ever! I made an appointment for a test drive. Trey Chapman had the air running and everything ready to go. The whole experience was effortless. Trey even made a video of the vehicle for me to show my husband! He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle.
The buying proces felt like if I was back home. I went different places trying to find the car that wanted lack of honesty was the common denominator everytime. So I didn't last on the other places. Some friend sugested me to go there so I left a msg and Bradley Frezier answered. He was awesome l, he nade us feel like we were part of the family.
