Had a pleasant visit to the dealership to have diagnostics run on my 2019 Jetta. Jeff met me promptly in the service bay when I pulled up and was very nice.
The service at Lakeland VW was incredible! Would highly recommend. Trey was awesome to work with it - ask for him! The entire process was quick and easy thanks to him and Jared in finance. Couldn’t be happier and will purchase from Lakeland VW/Trey again in the future.

Great people! I purchased my first VW here and had the pleasure of working with a genuinely friendly and approachable team. I felt welcomed the entire time. Admittedly, I hadn't bought a new car in nearly twenty years, so Michelle and Jared were very helpful in detailing the entire process. They answered all my questions sincerely and really made me feel at ease. I actually had fun! It was a great experience, and I love my new Jetta!
This was the easiest car purchase that I ever had. All of my previous purchases at other dealerships took all day and even then, I never left happy. This is by far my best car buying experience.
