The staff is very friendly. I have worked with all of the departments and they are all knowledgeable and friendly.
Took my vehicle in for a diagnosis. I was asked if I had a warranty and I replied that I no longer had a CPO warranty but wanted to determine if my issue would be covered under the extended emissions warranty. Waited around for 3 hours only to be told I no longer had coverage under emissions warranty and was charged the diagnosis fee. I’d like to recommend a better business practice. Determine first if someone has ANY warranty coverage before charging them a diagnosis fee, ESPECIALLY if they are unsure of coverage in force. ... read more
This was my first time at this dealership and the experience with the service department was easy, professional and my contact, Jeff, put my mind at ease from the first conversation with him. It was the type of experience you hope to have any time you have to bring your car for service, expected or for an unexpected repair.
The employees were very nice and easy to work with. The dealership was well kept and clean.

Wait time was too long, 3 hours for an oil change. Not sure if short staff or what?!?
