This is an edited review. Initially I gave them a bad review because after going through the paperwork, they had financed me for the wrong car and I was livid. Thankfully the General Manager, Jay, was truly apologetic and corrected the situation and more then exceeded my expectations. Mistakes happen, that's unavoidable, so what counts is wether they make it right or not, and they certainly did! Thank you Kia, I can't wait to see my new car, the right one!
I came here as my boyfriend had been coming here for service for his Optima. What a relief to find a clean dealership with no pressure sales and amazingly friendly staff! My sales associate Ryan was personable and made the process smoothe, and Dan was great in answering my finance questions. The staff was welcoming and made me feel like apart of the Kia family, I was even introduced to the service team. Very happy with my new car and that I came here
