I want to thank Mario Cipolla, Anthony Diaz, Howard Hill, and Mike Singer of Kia of East Hartford for making the purchase of my Kia Optima a great experience. I first worked with Anthony and I was very undecided for a few days. I went back into Kia and Anthony wasn't in, so Mario Cipolla spent the time helping me and there was no pressure at all. I had my car within a few hours. They all made it a enjoyable experience and thanks again to all of you.
I bought a new optima for a great deal. Sure enough the warranty was even better. I couldn't have asked for a better sales team as Mario sold me the car and other co-workers like Kevin and Ant were friendly to answer any questions I had when I called. I will suggest to anyone and everyone, great selection of used cars for my nephew soon.
I came in and told Ryan my sales rep exactly what I wanted, and 3 days later I left with all that I requested. Great job Ryan. And on a side note, Mike the financial manager is equally awesome. Highly recommend. ***** 5 stars all day and all night
