Always a very pleasant experience. Arturo is very professional and updates me periodically during my wait. When I arrived for my appointment, he let me know that there was a car before mine. The waiting area was clean and so were the restrooms. I would have gladly paid for the snacks and drinks but they are complimentary here. I have never had a bad experience here.

Have never had a bad experience with this dealership from when it was Wells through now. They are always helpful and honest. Arturo has helped me me often and makes sure I know what the problem is and expected repair costs and possible time delays when parts have to be backordered. I continue to take my vehicles there because of the service and all the people I deal with are super.

Very disappointed in the dealership. I had a synthetic oil change done and they found a water leak. Made an additional appointment to have it diagnosed. The charge was extremely highto just have the system pressure tested. They found out I needed a hose. They supposedly flushed and and installed 2 hoses an upper and a lower hoses. Then filled the system with anti freeze. This bill was almost $1000.00 dollars. Then as the weekend (Holiday ) approached I kept smelling anti freeze. Arturo made the typical service writer mistakes of trying to upsell parts I didn't need. IE. the "DAP" (data link port, obd2 connector) for a quote of over $500 to replace. Part is $55 online and I can do myself. When the TIPM replacement job was finished he called to let me know and tell me what the bill total would be.
