Madeline was very attentive and kept me abreast to the progress on my jeep. She made arrangements for me to be taken home to wait for my car to be done. When completed she called me to let me know it was ready and I could pick it up excellent service.

I experienced an intermittent electrical issue with my Jeep while I was traveling. The technician at Huston wrote a clear explanation of how he found loose connections which he properly torqued. I drove more than 3000 miles home, and have had no recurrence of the problem. Want to thank him for doing such a great job!

Ariana and the service manager Marc helped me correct a problem that another dealership deliberately neglected to correct under the warranty which they deliberately allowed to expire consequently your dealership can possibly sell me a vehicle in the future and also get me to use the maintenance dept however right now prices are unaffordable and unrealistic and so I won’t be buying anything until I see the prices come down drastically
