Original service was very professional. There was a mix up on programming a key replacement and our existing keys. The problem required an extra visit to be fixed. They made it right, however.

Not many folks there, so easy to social distance. Normally get a free car wash with the service, but they did not wash my car. Don't know why.
They did a great job servicing my car and followed all the COVID 19 health guidelines to keep healthy..

This was my first visit at this renovated Honda location with my 2016 CR-V for an oil change and the visit went by very well. I received great service without the laundry list of your car needs these maintenance items very soon. Actually, they told me that my car was in excellent condition. This made me consider actually coming back to this Honda service center for my next maintenance visit.
