Everyone I encountered was so courteous and helpful. Ive been going to Honda of Frontenac for years and will continue to do so which speaks to the quality of people who work there.

I have always an excellent experience with service at Honda Frontenac which is where I have bought three Hondas and I would not take my car anywhere else.

Prompt, friendly, courteous. I was told they would wash my car. They didn't, and I didn't realize it until I got home. I let them know, they apologized and told me to stop by during normal service hours and they'd wash it. Next time I was in the area, they washed it immediately. A mistake was made originally, but they corrected it immediately, so I'm not going to ding them. Mistakes happen.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Everything was explained clearly to me. All staff wore face masks and waiting area was cleaned regularly while I was there.
