Took car in for renewal of auto tag stickers. Needed safety inspection & safety emissions checked and had to pass both before new tags would be issued from Dept of motor vehicles. Car passed both inspections. Also brought car in for routine oil change and tire inspection. Everything was completed and NO ADDITIONAL ISSUES were found with the car! You know when you go to dealers or repair service stations they always find something wrong. Not Honda of Frontenac - they are honest and do good work.

Diagnosis quick and thorough but replaced starter very expensive

I was told at another garage that I had an alternator vs battery issue so I brought my vehicle to Honda of Frontenac to assess. They assessed the vehicle at no charge and found that there really was nothing wrong with either. Recommendations were made on the overall vehicle without any expectation. Overall, this was a very good experience.

Service went very well - technician nice and explained what should be done as long as I was having the tires rotated. Only complaint - the customer waiting area needs an update. Other car dealership waiting rooms have snacks, cold water bottles, "easy-to-use" coffee machines, newspapers, current magazines, etc.

I was helped by AJ and his customer service was so genuine and helpful, he made the whole experience quick, easy and enjoyable! He arranged the shuttle and simply explained my cars current status, upcoming maintenance needs and schedule my next visit around my crazy schedule. 10/10 recommend
