I was charged for tire rotation. I bought my tires there 2 years ago. I caught the mistake before I left and brought it to the attention of the service man. I was reimbursed without problems, he apologized. I was not given the multi point inspection report. Three days later it was sent to me saying I declined recommended repairs. Not so happy about this. The only reason I continue to take my old 2005 pilot here is because of the shuttle service.

The staff here are always extremely accommodating and the work is done quickly and well. I work with service provider, Joe, and he always explains the situation with my vehicle thoroughly and makes sure I understand before they move forward with anything. I cant recommend this team enough!
