Arrived at the service department around 7:30a for tire rotation. Hadn't made an appointment. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Good service but not informed that needed to order parts in order to complete the job until I was at the service counter. That was disappointing. Parts have now been ordered but have not been informed yet that they are available so that my service can be completed. Will need to call to verify and reschedule another time for service.
