The service manager does a great job addressing the needs of clients. He personally drove my car to identify maintenance concerns. The staff are also very friendly and personable.
I have been to other Subaru dealerships in Alabama but none compare to Jim Burke Subaru. In those other dealerships, I felt like a number, another sale, yet Skip Luck and Stan Dickinson at Jim Burke Subaru made me feel as if I was part of the Subaru family.
