RecommendedIf you’re looking for a new or used Subaru in Birmingham and want a friendly but low pressure environment, then go to Hallmark Subaru. 9/10 Overall, my experience was great and the sales transaction was smooth. The sales team hooked me up with a great deal in an Outback. The things that happened via phone and email before I went to the dealership were not optimal. The initial contact from the dealership was an email from what I later found out was a virtual assistant. That should be disclosed in those emails. My family and I purchased our very first Outback from Hallmark and had a phenomenal experience! Everyone we met with helped provide clear information and helpful service in an engaging and friendly way - the entire process was straightforward and definitely the best car shopping experience I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend!
I went to Hendrick Subaru two weeks ago and could never make a deal. I ended up inquiring online about a Forester at Hallmark and the sweetest person, Angel, gave me a call the next day. Her and the finance manager, Norris, have went above and beyond for me when they simply did not have to. When I walked in, I was greeted by numerous employees. The hospitality here is exceptional. I’ve never been one to “recommend” dealerships, but I have to recommend this one.
I had a great experience with the team at Hallmark Subaru. Jefferson was the mechanic that worked on my car and he did an outstanding job. Jefferson went above and beyond getting my car back to where it should be.

I purchased a 2022 Subaru Forester as my retirement gift to myself. Tekita Hartley helped me and ordered it for me. I am beyond thrilled with my new car! Tekita is very knowledgeable and a great person to work with on getting a new vehicle. She is very personable and pleasant and I highly recommend her and Jim Burke Subaru!
