Went in for a oil change. a hour and a half later and Noone had touched my vehicle. 5 OR 6 service guys sitting out back smoking on 2 different occasions. I will never carry my vehicle back there.
They are not willing to assist their customers if they have a problem with a 2 year old car
Free oil change my butt. Pay for Burke maintenance plan it is not Nissan maintenance plan
Do not buy from them. The free oil is a gimmick to charge for other services.
They do not follow through with promises and try to get away with doing as little as possible to keep the customer dissatisfied... turnover of almost all management, finance department and other staff occurring recently and the left hand just doesn’t know what the right hand is doing... new management not keeping their previous management word. I was recommended to them approx three years ago and bought my first Rogue there. Three years laters I drove off with a 2017Pathfinder. Mr Giles, Mr Raymond were both very helpful in making my trade an easy decision. The service write Wayne is always professional when getting customers taken care of. DONT GO HERE!!! we found a car on their website and sent and email. The sales person emailed back confirming the price was the same as listed online. The next day we called and he confirmed again that the car was the same price. I asked if there were any other fees besides the doc fee and taxes and he told us yes they have a $1000.00 addendum fee (no big issue). AFTER traveling over an hour to the dealership and after they ran credit (A+) the general manager comes in and tells me that the price listed online is an error and... read more
Simply put, their word means nothing to them. They will never have an opportunity to earn my business.
All I get is a run around,no yes or no! Thought I could get some help here,but I thought wrong so far.
