It was bad the advisor Dylan needs to be fired.Very poor communication no updates on my vehicle. I had to leave several messages in which they were never returned finally I had to call the manager to find out about my vehicle. I will never use this place again very unsatisfied I will let it be known about way business was conducted at this establishment. It seemed like because of the holidays that nobody wanted to do anything.
I’ll benefit you to pay for your oil change, service is terrible.
Went in to have recall work done, had a couple of questions about some other minor problems including cost of a replacing key, the person waiting on me couldn’t be bothered to answer
RecommendedI do think that Jim Burke should make public that their car maintenance is by appointment and if you don’t have one, you have to wait for over 3 hours to get an oil change.
Purchased a Ram 1500 from then and was excited for my new truck. Not even a month after getting it I started having issues. Contacted the gentleman who sold me the truck and he suggested I take it up there to be looked at. Spoke with the GM who then sent me to the service department who then sent me to the dodge service department next door. who takes 2 days to put on two tires?
I’ve been to Jim Burke Nissan twice to get minor repairs done! They mechanics do not care about what they are doing! First they didn’t clean my battery right so i had to go buy a new one after spending 300$ at Jim Burke. Then i go back for a SIMPLE oil change, drove 15 miles going 70mph and my hood was up, THEN i get home and the next day i pull out my car out of the garage and there is oil everywhere. Service tech turned my check engine light on and denied it to my face!!! This place does shady business!!
I have purchased 4 cars from Jim Burke. I purchased a Nissan from the Nissan dealership and it will be the last one that I purchase from them. The service department is very rude.
