I have purchased 4 cars from Jim Burke. I purchased a Nissan from the Nissan dealership and it will be the last one that I purchase from them. The service department is very rude.
Went in for a oil change. a hour and a half later and Noone had touched my vehicle. 5 OR 6 service guys sitting out back smoking on 2 different occasions. I will never carry my vehicle back there.
