We made an appointment for a recall issue, the appointment process was easy & appointment was available. Dropped off our vehicle around 8:30, they called around 9:20 stating it was ready. There were no immediate items that needed to be addressed, but they did bring to our attention a couple of items that would need to be addressed in the near future. Only a slight delay when picking up the vehicle, as the paperwork had not made it to the pick up counter and had to be printed.
Took advantage of the Vacation special where I got my tires rotated and oil change for $34.95. In and out in 1 hour.
Great customer service and friendly staff! Dylan at Jim Burke was awesome! I had a horrible experience at another dealership and Dylan and the Jim Burke family took care of me like I was family. Thank you so much for everything! Will definitely recommend to anyone in the future.
